  • Preinstalled SSD Drives
  • Preinstalled M.2 NVMe Drives
  • Other eligible physical products sold by Linkteka Ltd

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in good condition
  • Include all original accessories where applicable
  • Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or modification

Once received and inspected, we will process an eligible refund to the original payment method.

💻 Software Licenses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all software licenses, activation keys, digital downloads, and electronically delivered products are non-refundable once delivered.

This includes:

  • Digital activation keys
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any electronically delivered license key

🛡️ 30-Day License Replacement Warranty

Although software licenses are non-refundable, all eligible license keys include our 30-Day Replacement Warranty.

If your software license:

  • Cannot be activated
  • Cannot be redeemed
  • Is invalid upon delivery
  • Produces activation errors despite following the supplied instructions

We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement license free of charge where applicable.

Customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide relevant information such as screenshots, error messages, or activation details.

🚚 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request:

Photographs of the item
Proof of purchase
Diagnostic information where applicable

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

💳 Refund Processing for Physical Items

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction
