If you do not already have an account, you can create one using the same email address used when placing your order. Once registered, your order history, license keys, download links and account information will automatically be available within your account.
What You Can Find in Your Account
Once logged in, you can view your order status and access tracking information for physical items such as preinstalled SSDs, M.2 drives, recovery DVDs and recovery USBs.
If you purchased a software license key, antivirus subscription or digital download, your product keys, activation details and download links can also be accessed from your account.
Physical Orders
Tracking information for physical orders is also sent to the email address used at checkout. This includes items such as preinstalled SSDs, M.2 drives, recovery DVDs and recovery USBs.
Digital Products
Software license keys, antivirus subscriptions and download links are available within your account and are also sent to the email address used during checkout.
