Instant Delivery for License Keys & Downloads
All eligible digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment. This includes selected software license keys, antivirus subscriptions and downloadable products where instant delivery is available.
Instant Email Delivery
Eligible digital orders are sent to the email address used at checkout instantly after successful payment and also available on payment confirmation page and your account
Immediate Access
Selected software license keys and download links are available immediately once payment has been completed via your account and payment confirmation page
Delivery for Physical Items
Physical products such as recovery DVDs, recovery USBs, preinstalled SSDs, M.2 drives and HDDs are dispatched using UK tracked delivery services.

Digital & Physical Orders
If your order contains both digital and physical products, digital items may be delivered by email first while physical items are dispatched separately.
