2. Definitions

"Company", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Linkteka Ltd. "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or business purchasing products from us. "Products" refers to software licenses, recovery media, SSDs, M.2 drives, digital downloads, and any other products offered through our website.

3. Products & Services

We provide software licenses, activation keys, Microsoft Windows and Office products, recovery DVDs, recovery USB drives, preinstalled SSDs, preinstalled M.2 NVMe drives, digital downloads, system recovery media, and related products and services.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly from those displayed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing without notice. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and cleared.

5. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or request additional verification for any order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued where applicable.

6. Delivery

Digital products are generally delivered electronically via email or customer account access. Physical products are dispatched using reputable delivery services.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, technical issues, adverse weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Software Licenses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, software licenses, activation keys, digital downloads, and electronically delivered products are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.

• Digital delivery may commence immediately after purchase.
• Your statutory cancellation rights may end once delivery begins.
• Software licenses cannot be returned after delivery.
• License keys must be used in accordance with the software publisher's licensing terms.

All eligible license keys include a 30-Day License Replacement Warranty for licenses that are invalid upon delivery, cannot be activated, or cannot be redeemed.

Customers must provide supporting evidence where requested. Where a replacement license has been successfully supplied, no refund shall be due.

8. Recovery Media, SSDs & M.2 Drives

Recovery DVDs, Recovery USB drives, SSDs, and M.2 drives may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to our Returns Policy.

• Items must be returned within 30 days.
• Items must be in original condition.
• All accessories must be included where applicable.
• Products must not be damaged through misuse or modification.

Refunds are processed following inspection and approval of returned goods.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or materially different from its description, customers should notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase, following installation instructions, maintaining backups of important data, and providing accurate information during checkout.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkteka Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, business opportunities, or data.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, software, and branding, remains the property of Linkteka Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

13. Website Usage

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website functionality, or scrape website content using automated systems.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or similar events.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
