Although software licenses are non-refundable once delivered, all eligible license keys include our 30-Day Replacement Warranty.
If your license key is invalid, cannot be redeemed, cannot be activated, or produces activation errors despite following the supplied instructions, we will investigate the issue and provide a replacement license free of charge where applicable.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable Once Delivered
Due to the nature of digital products, all software licenses, activation keys, digital downloads, and electronically delivered products are non-refundable once delivered.
When a Replacement May Be Provided
A replacement may be provided if your license key is invalid, cannot be redeemed, cannot be activated, or produces activation errors despite following the supplied instructions.
How to Request a Replacement
Contact us within 30 days of purchase if your software license key, activation code, download, or digital product is invalid, cannot be redeemed, or is not working correctly.

- A screenshot or short video of the activation error screen
- A screenshot or short video showing the license key entry screen
- Any relevant error messages or activation details

Once received, our team will investigate the issue and provide a replacement key or the best available solution to resolve your activation or download problem as quickly as possible. Most replacement requests are resolved quickly, often within a few hours during business hours, provided all required information has been supplied.
