Although software licenses are non-refundable once delivered, all eligible license keys include our 30-Day Replacement Warranty.

If your license key is invalid, cannot be redeemed, cannot be activated, or produces activation errors despite following the supplied instructions, we will investigate the issue and provide a replacement license free of charge where applicable.
