📦 Physical Products

All software licence keys include our 30-day replacement warranty.

If your licence key is invalid upon delivery or cannot be activated or redeemed in accordance with the applicable product requirements, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

We may request your order number, details of the issue, relevant error messages, and screenshots or photographs where appropriate.

Where appropriate, we may provide technical assistance, a replacement licence key, or another available remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Our 30-day replacement warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

🚚 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an available remedy may include technical assistance, repair, replacement, price reduction, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy.
