3. Products & Services

We sell a range of digital and physical technology products, including software licence keys, digital downloads, recovery media, storage devices, and related products.

We aim to provide clear and accurate information about the products available on our website.

Customers should review the product description, compatibility requirements, licence information, delivery method, device limitations, regional restrictions, and other applicable product information before placing an order.

Product images may be provided for illustrative purposes. Packaging, product appearance, or other non-material characteristics may vary from the images displayed where this does not affect the essential nature of the product.

4. Software Publisher Terms

Software products and licence keys must be installed, activated, and used in accordance with the applicable software publisherโ€™s licensing terms and any product-specific requirements displayed on our website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device and operating environment meet the applicable product requirements before purchasing.

Third-party product names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or additional costs will be displayed during the purchasing process where required.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorised.

6. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
  • Payment processing issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Product availability issues
  • Technical or system errors
  • Breaches of these Terms & Conditions
  • Additional verification being reasonably required

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method and applicable law.

7. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products, including software licence keys and digital downloads, are generally delivered electronically using the delivery method stated during the purchasing process.

Delivery may be made by email, customer account access, download link, or another electronic delivery method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Customers should contact us if they experience an issue receiving a digital order.

8. Physical Product Delivery

Physical products are dispatched using third-party delivery services.

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and applicable delivery charges are displayed during the purchasing process where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer law.

Customers should contact us if a physical order is significantly delayed, damaged during delivery, or does not arrive.

9. Software Licence Keys & Digital Products

Software licence keys and digital products may be supplied electronically after purchase.

Where a customer requests immediate delivery of digital content and provides any consent and acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law, the statutory right to cancel may be affected once delivery has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Licence keys must be used in accordance with the applicable software publisherโ€™s licensing terms and any product-specific requirements displayed on the relevant product page.

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility and product requirements before purchasing.

10. 30-Day Licence Replacement Warranty

Eligible software licence keys include our 30-day replacement warranty.

If an eligible licence key is invalid upon delivery or cannot be activated or redeemed in accordance with the applicable product requirements, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

We may request reasonable information to help us investigate the issue. This may include an error message, screenshot, installation information, or other relevant details.

Where appropriate, and in accordance with our published policies and applicable law, we may provide technical assistance, a replacement licence key, or another available remedy.

Our 30-day replacement warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and replacements are handled in accordance with our published Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Different conditions may apply to physical products and digital products because of the nature of the products supplied.

Customers should review our Returns & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Recovery Media, SSDs & M.2 Drives

Eligible physical products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Customers wishing to return a physical product should contact us and follow the return instructions provided.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request reasonable information to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an available remedy may include:

15. Product Compatibility

Customers should review compatibility information and system requirements before placing an order.

Where compatibility information is clearly provided before purchase, we may be unable to provide a refund solely because a customer purchased a product that is incompatible with their device or system.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, incorrectly described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

16. Website Information

We aim to ensure that information displayed on our website is clear, accurate, and up to date.

However, occasional errors may occur, including errors relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing, or technical information.

Where we identify a material error affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkteka Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of a product, failure to follow applicable instructions, unauthorised product modification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Third-Party Services

Our website and products may interact with services, platforms, payment providers, delivery providers, software publishers, or other third parties.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the operation of third-party services except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, internet or infrastructure failures, government actions, industrial disputes, supply chain disruptions, or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.

This provision does not affect any statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

26. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce that provision at a later date.
