Physical products may include:
- Recovery DVDs
- Recovery USB drives
- Preinstalled SSD drives
- Preinstalled M.2 NVMe drives
- Other eligible physical products sold by Linkteka Ltd
If you wish to return a physical product, please submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.
โ Return Requirements
Unless a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, returned physical products should:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in appropriate condition
- Include applicable accessories and components
- Be appropriately packaged for return
- Not have been damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification
Returned products may be inspected before a refund or other applicable remedy is processed.

Digital products, including software licence keys and digital downloads, may be delivered electronically after purchase.
Where a customer requests immediate delivery of digital content and provides any consent and acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law, the statutory right to cancel may be affected once delivery has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

All software licence keys include our 30-day warranty.
If an eligible licence key is invalid upon delivery or cannot be activated or redeemed in accordance with the applicable product requirements, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
We may request reasonable information to help us investigate and resolve the issue, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Relevant error messages
- Screenshots or photographs where appropriate
- Other relevant technical information
Where appropriate, and in accordance with this policy and applicable law, we may provide technical assistance, a replacement licence key, or another available remedy.
Our 30-day replacement warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
